I'd put "to be or not to be?" outside the outer circle as the thought that makes the dreamer and "to thine own self be true" at the center of the dream.

Movement (change) is all there is, and this is what we are. A dream is included within the movement, that we can go from a state “A” to a state “B.” There is no “A” without “B” and no “B” without “A,” and they are both imagined to be separate. Where is your preferred vantage point? In the center or on one of the arrows?

I like that. So the closer you get to the center the less movement there is? Yes, there is less movement near the center - for the separate observer. Although acknowledging the separate observer is still movement, it can break identification with the dream character.

Is this some kind of vantage point recycling? Same thing, appearing to be different!

Yep. Nice metaphor! Maybe change it into a hurricane model? If we imagine 10,000 things from joy/sorrow, yep, that's a big hurricane forming!
